He is the vice president of Heilongjiang Heat Treatment Society, member of Cooling Technical Committee of Chinese Heat-treatment Society, member of Education and Training Committee of China Heat Treatment Association. It has headed and completed 5 ministerial and provincial level educational reform projects, and won 1 first prize and 1 second prize of the provincial teaching award. It has guided students to participate in multiple innovation and skill contests at all levels, and has won more than 20 national first and second prizes.
