Wang Jiahao, a 2019 PhD student from the College of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering of HEU, won the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) Young Scientist Medal, in recognition of his innovation in functional materials. His instructor is Professor Wu Ruizhi. Wang was invited to give an online academic report entitled “Preparation of dual-phase Mg-Li base materials and their electromagnetic shielding properties” at the Advanced Materials Congress (AMC) held in Miami, USA.
